Home prices in Indian Head Acres are still falling, but they are fairly consistent with what we have observed with the rest of the Tallahassee real estate market. The average sales price of a home in Indian Head Acres in 2011 has been $130,750, which is down 33% from the $196,000 average price that was hit in 2007.

Home values are doing better than average prices. In fact, Indian Head Acres home values have dropped just 25% since the peak of the market, which makes this Tallahassee neighborhood near the top in terms of value preservation.
