This weeks new Salt Lake HUD listings for sale were all priced at under $140,00 except one, which was an East side FHA foreclosure in the $600,000 dollar area. A very strange HUD Foreclosure for Salt Lake.

The SLC homes listed were all over the valley, but because of the low asking prices were mostly in Salt Lake County (4), West Valley City (2), Magna UT (2) and Riverton UT.
