Create your own Positive Affirmations for this beautiful Monday Morning
A great way to start your Monday is to start with a positive affirmation. What is a positive affirmation? They are positive thoughts that direct you towards a certain goal, or even help develop your goals. Take a moment and recognize the mood you're in right now. It's Monday (morning where I am), you're feeling sluggish and unmotivated. Well stop. Look out the window, or at something in your office/house/where ever and choose to change your mood right now. Grab a pen and paper, and write down something positive and personal. The more personal, the more affective it will be. Find your zen and cary that with you for the rest of the day. Here is my positive affirmation for today just to help you get started:
I will have a very productive day, and feel good about crossing off my checklist. I will meet new people, and share my positivity with them.
