Good News For Florida

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Birchwood Realty, Inc.

Good news for Florida, finally!  Even though I have been seeing this trend in my market over several months, getting out of state buyers to accept the fact that home prices are rising has been challenging, especially when their markets are still going down or are frozen in place. Being able to send an article to them verifying what is going on, and help create a sense of urgency, is great. and a way of saying "This is what I'm talking about".

Happy to see there is improvement in your area. Am very familiar with Cape Coral as I own a lot there. You got hit hard. Here in Destin business is better also. Condos are selling. Homes are selling. Lots are selling. Am starting to tell potential customers jump on..don't miss it this time

That's how we started Bill.  One minute we are sitting with 4000 single family home listings and 18 months later we barely have 1400; At this point we are running out of inventory.  I keep hearing a lot more will be coming on the market, but we are selling them as soon as they hit.  Glad to hear your market is starting back.
