Twist & Shout!

Well the Orchestrator of the economy has spoken.  He made two vile points that raised my eyebrows:

(1)  $200,000.00 per job is cheap.  Really???   I would think taking the fear out of economy would be a cheaper way to spur job creation.  But, instead, they want to spend $200K to create a job with an average income of $41K.

(2)  10 Year Plans.  There is no greater example of mass market and mass budget manipulation than the 10 year budget.  There is not a single business person on the planet that would think they could come remotely close to a 10 year planning playing out as originally intended.  Yet they use this 10 year plan to convince us they're taking action to solve our problems and to manipulate the budget so they have more money to spend.

It doesn't matter which side, if any side, you are on.  Paying 5x as much to create a job as the position pays and making 10 year budgets is a complete crock of horse dung.  This is something we, the people, can ALL probably agree upon.

Sometimes you play by the rules, sometimes you don't. I believe ten year budgets are mandated as part of the Federal budget guidelines adopted by the House of Representatives and the Congressional Budget Office. We can agree that ten years is a silly time horizon, but that's the playing field. For everyone. Dumb but fair...our new motto.
