Driving south on road 17A (West Saanich Road) from Brentwood Bay, you will come to Prospect Lake & some fantastic homes right on the water. From Victoria it's only 25 minutes or so by car.

Richie - yes, homes out here can be quite spetacular as we have mountains, ocean & beaches, lakes... all within the confines of the island - which is huge and quite rugged in the north.

Aaron - thanks for the positive feedback...I must admit I didn't take the photos and my hat goes off to those that did. And, if you ever visit, you will find it's not hard to take great shots of the scenery around here - especially the smaller Gulf Islands and beaches...
