Marchel,  thanks for asking.  I had a few people - I was competing with a parade and football.  I think once people figure out that they are open, there will be more traffic.  Although I did tell the listing agent that until there is some level of heat, I'm only doing every other weekend and two hours opens from 12-2 (instead of 1-4).  It did get cold!  These are the twins next door that are now finished & lived in.   I think they are a great buy.   The surrounding area seems to be very nice - I think Bethlehem is one of the most interesting cities architecture wise that I've been in.
