We had a news broadcast saying that Texas did not produce many pumpkins due to the lack of rain. I hope we get some here as I want to have our family pumpkin carving gathering.

Apple season again.. Our apple trees did not make very many this year..  not like they did last year.  The lack of rain hurt everything here.  Hope Sullivan Farm does well this year during apple season.

Sussie ~  Hope you are able to find some pumpkins to carve.  It wouldn't be halloween without them.

Lynn ~  I think I'll be a scarecrow and greet the kids when they come for candy.... that would be a lot of fun.

Judi ~  We have had plenty of rain and the apples are plentiful and delicious.  Yumm... I can smell the apple pie already!

Fall is an amazing time of the year..

I remember going to an apple fest and watching people make apple butter. I was so fascinated by that. And then walking amidst a sea of neon-bright leaves. So vivid!
