At those prices, buying has to be cheaper than renting, wow, did you not forget a few digits..... In Victoria BC, you would not be able to buy a home like that for any less than $ 550,000 and you would have a hard time finding one (nearly 10 times higher)
Hi Deborah, what a great price for a 4 bedroom home. Why rent when you can purchase?? I bet you get a buyer right away at that price. Good luck!
Peter and Linday....we have really really good pricing here in Nampa....so many were hit hard and the prices plummeted....a good time to buy a home for sure!

Deborah, that is amazing how reasonable it is....it doesn't seem like you could even get the parts let alone the lot.
Deborah, I do believe the buyers in and around Caldwell should snatch this property up --- you cannot buy a condo in Denver for that! Good luck on a qualified buyer SOON!
