What to buy? And what not to buy?

Building, Building? Building!!

When you are in the market to purchase a new home, whether it is brand new or 50 years old, you must make sure that it is a quality built home. It would be more beneficial for you to find a home that is well built, that has a little work to do, and is energy efficient, than to buy a brand new poorly built home with granite counter-tops and tile flooring. What purpose is that tile flooring going to serve when the walls around it start to crumble? Save money and gradually make the upgrades you want while investing your money into a solid built home. Stick to a budget and I promise that choosing a home that’s well built with less visual upgrades is going to turn out, most of the time, to be the one worthwhile.

Caring expertise...knowledge for you!

Excellent point...cosmetics can be upgraded, but the construction is key.

It makes all the difference when trying to buy a home that will last you a lifetime. What would be the point of buying a home that would last 10-15 years?
