How to Post Listings on Chinese Real Estate Websites

this is really interesting, so I recommend it because today's market is more and more from the Asian community.  Def take and look and try it on your own to market your business on these sites if you have not yet.  It's always good to learn something new :)

Every once in awhile I like to take a look at Craig's List to see who from the U.S. is attempting to reach Chinese Home Buyer's on the Beijing or Shanghai areas of the site. The large majority of posts come from hopeful home sellers in California, Seattle, Vancouver, and NYC, but occasionally a token Kansas farmhouse will show up. Today I saw a shopping mall for sale.

While I love Craig's List here in the U.S. for selling my old furniture or an automobile, there are a few problems when using this as a tool to reach Chinese Homebuyer's browsing the internet from China.

Problem #1 - Craig's list is in English, and the posts are in English.
Problem #2 - Last time I checked, Craig's list was blocked in China. (Censored by the CN Government )

We put together a list of Chinese Real Estate websites where Chinese people actually do shop for homes. Here is the link:  How to Post Listings on Chinese Real Estate Websites.

These sites are set up similar to Trulia, Realtor.com, ect.  The screenshot below is our client's Scottsdale AZ property  that we posted on a popular website called Koubei

This is an interesting topic. You can broaden it to include any number of nationalities. I didn't know Craig's List was blocked in China.

Hi Laura - This is an excellent reblog.  People would probably want to have their ads posted in both Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.  There are a lot of people who could translate in my area.
