Menifee home prices for August 2011

Here's some different charts for Menifee homes that I did last month, before the statistics for August were completely in.

Home owners really like Menifee because the school ratings are higher than other areas where the same priced homes can be purchased.  

Menifee Homes are priced more reasonably than Murrieta Homes or Temecula Homes.

Menifee home prices have stabilized for the most part and the number of Menifee Homes sold over the last 12 months can be seen in the chart below.

The average price for a 3 bedroom Menifee Home is shown in the chart below for the first 8 months of this year.

Like other parts of Southwest Riverside County, "Menifee Home Sales", have had the largest drop in price, starting in 2007 when prices were inflated.  

The typical "Holiday", price decreases are expected to affect Menifee Home Sales, but this will only be a 3-5% drop in price.  *This information is based on prior year statistics and any unforeseen development could have a different effect on the market.
