WHY

It does not matter where you are in life, you deserve a place call your own.  We here in the Pacific Northwest have an entire smorgasbord of homes to choose from! Interest rates have never been lower and homes are priced lower than they have ever been with competitive choices for every income level!

My question then is WHY no one is buying? I understand that the market is unstable and people are nervous about their future earning capabilities; (so am I), however, rents are higher than a new mortgage in this market and everyone has to live somewhere!

In order to get the economy growing again, the housing market needs to stabilize. As a professional realtor and homeowner, I understand both sides of the situation. It won’t hurt anyone to look around and see what is out there. You can go to any bank, credit union or mortgage broker and find out how much you can afford. This is normally a free process and will help you to know what price range you can afford.

Markets all over the country are experiencing huge inventory problems with homes; short sales and foreclosures only increase the inventory.  Whether you are looking for a small cozy home with a fireplace to call your own, a chick condo near the nightlife or a million dollar getaway; now is the time to find your piece of the American Dream and help America recover as well!!!!
