For me I need to maximize my downtime to perform my best when it counts. Sounds like the start of a bad ad, but it is the truth. I recently went back to Geri's Spa in Fair Oaks for an incredible massage. Located at 7974 California Ave in the heart of the chicken park of the Fair Oaks village, this boutique spa is the best bang for the buck. Never rushed, very relaxed and incredibly accommodating--the masseuse I had made the world go away for the hour long treatment. I have been here before and always leave wondering why I took so long to go back. I strongly encourage everyone to take an hour every couple months to get right physically with a massage.
