The top of the plateau sits a neighborhood of single family homes built mostly in the late 50’s to early 60’s. Many of the outer lying homes have canyon views and good size lots. Home sizes in this area of Bay Ho average 1,000-1,500sqft, although many have see extensive renovations over the years that add square footage through added height or footprint.
Its two mile proximity to the Clairemont Square shopping center makes for quick trips to local dining, movie theater, grocery stores and shopping.
