Is your listing FHA approved?

I am always surprised when I find condo units listed that are FHA & VA approved with no mention of it in the listing.  Since FHA is a big part of the 1st time home buying scenario it is just soooo important to include this in your listing.  Here in Northern Virginia we have a picklist option for "Project Approved" yet when I search for communities that are FHA approved I am often surprised at how many lsitings do not appear (but should!) simply because the project approval information is not included.  If I miss finding the listing, I have to wonder who else may also be missing it?

Quick links to search to see if a community is approved for FHA & VA:

FHA:

In my neck of the woods, err cactus, it's the other way around.  Listings will show they are approved and when I consult a lender, they aren't!  Thanks for the links!

Heather, excellent point! So many of our local complexes are not FHA approved that it can be challenging for buyers to find one that is!
