The #1 One Job Market In The Nation...and You Are Not Buying A House Because?

By

We also have the nations's worst traffic but that may be related to the fact that folks are going to work in the morning. The D.C. market, with some exceptions has historically been a robust real estate market. Prices are down from the highs but business is steady. Interest rates are at the lowest they have been in my lifetime. In fact, I need to call a  few mortage brokers, Perhaps I need to refinance. At 4% fixed over 30 years it, if history is any guide, it will not be like this forever.

If you think prices are going down here, forget it. The national news is not the local news. This may be the best time to buy a house in your lifetime. If you wait too long that door will close and then you will be griping about an opportunity lost.

Let me help you find that home close to the Metro Rail, closer in so that you don' t have that daily butt numbing commute up I-95 or I-66. It's time to act. When I bought my first house, rates were 8.5% and that was a good deal back then and it was only 20 years ago. Jump on it while you can. I am here to help.
