Have you been to Chop't in Rye Ridge NY?

I finally had a chance to have lunch at Chop'd in the Rye Ridge Shopping Plaza.  It was really cool and tasted great.  You choose you salad - the type, and all the toppings (e.g. chicken, shrimp, etc) and the dressing (even the amount - a little, regular or a lot).  Then they mixit up and chop it all up in front of you.  Your salad is perfectly mixed!

I thought this was a tasty and fun.  And, best of all it's healthy.

See if there's a Chop't near you.

I will definitely go back there again.

Mixing the salad's ingredients right is what makes it good!  This place sounds like it's found a great niche!
