Yellow lab at Heritage Day Festival in Cullowhee, NCThere are some things in life that all loving people all over the world can agree upon.  Nothing has universal appeal like the open faced unconditional acceptance freely given by seven month old puppies!  Amidst the chaos of the Heritage Day Festival in Cullowhee, North Carolina last weekend, sat this young prince holding court among the crowd.

Good morning Mona. Ahhhh, such a cute boy! You are right, most of us are touched by the unconditional love and wonder of a dog who makes you special.

Good Morning Mona,  When it comes to dogs, you know that they look for a pat on the head and want to warm up to all people.  Great picture.

Good Morning Cyndi, he was an adorable dog.  So well behaved and soaking up the adoring crowd.

Hi Sheila,  I always wonder about the people who are unmoved by a view like this.

Good Morning Will, dogs usually don't discriminate at all.  Have a good weekend.

Hey Mimi!  I'm doing great...autumn in the Smokies, but someone has to do it  lol.  You are an artistic kind of woman, how do you like how I matched the font color to the dog's tongue?

Mona, he is a prince....I like that term for him. We do love our pups. I had a good laugh on matching the font color to the dog's tongue. Well anything for a prince....right? Very cute!

Hi Mona - I've got an 18 month-old princess, and she's a black one rather than a yellow, but the same look is there in the eyes - a complete trust in our good intentions and an eagerness to engage. Life would be so much poorer without the company of animals.

Jeanean, Thank you.  I worked hard on matching those colors.  I'd have done the same for a princess had she been around.  Have a good weekend.

Hello Dick,  Some dogs have that very wise look - even when they are still youngsters.

Hi Pat, that is exactly what you should do.  Willie requires much more interaction than the computer.
