Redfin is now posting agent statistics (buy and sell side) in select markets.
My stats aren't great but I have other income producing activities going on (like munchloads of BPOs and referrals.) New construction isn't typically shown in the MLS. Some teams also require contracts to be under the team leader's name.
The larger listers will be the ones who specialize in REO & Short Sale listings.
Does having a large production necessarily mean you are the best person for the job? How is this going to have a bearing on consumer decisions?
What is Redfin's motive for doing this? How do you feel about this?
