Three King County waterfront homes were sold this week, along with the two previously reported Seattle waterfront sales. The sales were located in Kent, North Bend, and Burien.
The Burien waterfront home was located in the upscale Three Tree Point neighborhood. The 3 bed, 1.75 bath beach house had been on the market for a year, starting at $699,000 and closing at $635,000. The property has 60 feet of private Puget Sound shoreline.
In Kent, a home on a small private lake was sold for $474,000 after about 3 months on the market. the 4 bed, 2.5 bath home on Winterwood Lake had been previously priced at $499,000.
On the Snoqualmie river, a one-acre estate in North Bend sold for $565,000 after 91 days on the market. The home was originally listed at $640,000. The house has 3 beds, two baths, and is situated above the river on a substantial bank.
