I have been away for a while. Locked up and studying to pass the balance of my post Brokers course in Management.
With just a few days to spare, I completed my test with a 90% and finished all the requirements to stay licensed for another two years.
My suggestion to everyone, if you have classes and requirements and there is a large time frame, don’t think “I’ll do it later or down the road”, it does nothing but cause stress and last minute jitters.
Now I can focus again on the business of real estate and finding people a Great Place live in sunny South West Florida….and, of course, spending time on Active Rain!
