Summerfield is another fine community in North Oxnard. The homes here were built gradually in different phases over the years. Their prices have been relatively stable and they have been sought after because of their location in a great area.
The first chart is the one that covers the current market. The one below is the snapshot of last year's market. Although the number of Solds is similar to last years, the prices last year were higher.
