South San Jose had a decline in inventory but the total homes in foreclosure has risen or remained unchanged as in all of my reporting areas…. Could this be the reducing shadow inventories we’ve been hearing about lately?? Some current numbers for the South San Jose area (95121,95122)... once again, it's our interpretation of what the market is really doing and where it's heading.
