My regional manager sent it to us today, and I thought it was very interesting.
It just shows that time and time again, no matter what the real estate cycle is, it always have a proven track record in the bigger picture.
It's a very simple Economics 101 theory of supply and demand.
As I always tell my clients: Buy the dirt. They're not making any more dirt!
