Don’t look at my nuts or at least stop looking at me like I am nuts! Over the past couple months we have seen the news reports that real estate prices are starting to climb nationwide, but here in Beaverton, home prices have stayed the same and even dropped in some areas.
This is normal for the Beaverton home market area and we always seem to lag behind the national market. We did this when the market started to fall a couple years ago and we continue on that trend. But, this is why I am telling you the first time home buyers and investors in real estate to buy now, before it is too late.
You see there is a chance that in the next couple months that prices could start to go up and the same thing could happen with the interest rates. If both these happen at the same time, you could be paying hundreds more per month to get the same home you could get today.
What do I mean by don’t look at my nuts? Well, simple, my investors and first time home buyers are buying and you may think they are nuts. But soon, real soon, you will look at them and wonder why you didn’t do the same thing if you don’t act today.
