I did suggest.  I am a Home Stager, but I do think that we can turn things around when we focus.  It is easy for our heads to be foggy with so much going on at one time to cloud it.   Best wishes on your program.

Very Inspirational. Do you find it harder to reach people since they are getting rid of their landlines and going to cell phones that are not listed?

We have been watching the decrease in landlines for some time. Just this year we completed a $25,000 study with the help of a local Statistics professor. Over 40,000 phone calls we made to more than 1100 expired properties using 22 different national data providers - some with six figure price tags.  This included several "cell phone databases".  This was to validate some of our own therories about cell phones. The results were pretty amazing.
