Wow, where has the time gone? Fall again, and the buzz is how bad the real estate market is. I have found that though I am not shaking rattling and rolling, I am holding my own with sales.
With all the years experience I have under my belt, and even though I have never experienced a market where the interest rates were at the lowest as well as home prices, the market is still DOABLE!
The more I continue to educate my clients, the more we're able to work together to reach their goals.
At this point in time, pricing and condition is playing a major factor of the homes to be sold before your neighbors house. NOT GIVING THE HOUSE AWAY PRICING, but strategic pricing is what is working best.
How you get to that "magic" price is actually much easier then it sounds and the proof is that my listings are all being marked UNDER CONTRACT AND SOLD.
So keep this in mind when sitting with your real estate professional and hopefully a great game plan is all that is needed to help you move on.
