Do you mean where to look or how much to pay?

Jon,

Start by talking to the Team Leader at Keller Williams in Daytona.  Ask them specifically about a class called Recruit Select and I am certain this will give you all the guidance you need to set you on the path to hiring the perfect person.

Jon,

Kevin is right. The whole thing that got me started on the right path was taking the Recruit Select class. It's definitely worth it. At the very least, read Milliionaire Real Estate Agent as there are a lot of great ideas in there to get you started.

As for salary, it's tough to say because it's based on your market. However, there are formulas that you can pick up from the book or class...and in this market, it should be easy to find someone. However, don't cheap out as you will get what you pay for. Just remember that the assistant will allow you to close more deals so the assistant should pay for themselves several times over.

Good luck!
