By
Services for Real Estate Pros with The Peninsula at Golden Isles

We are the largest self-sustainable "Green" EarthCraft community in the United States and definitely the only community of its kind on the Georgia coast which as you may know is considered to be the last undeveloped coastline in the U.S.  We are offering a great "Island Time Package" for you and your clients to come experience the Georgia Coast and our "Green" community.

Island Time Package ($129) Includes:

  • 3day/2night Stay on Jekyll or St Simons Island
  • $70 Dinner Voucher to a local restaurant
  • Choice of two of the following activites: Golf Package, Mini Day-Spa, Horseback Riding and Dolphin Tour

The Peninsula at Golden Isles is a boating enthusiast's get-away; offering ocean access through the Little Satilla River and also boasting two of the top ten largest man made lakes within a community on the East Coast.  Our 3,300 acre community is well underway; there has been an incredible amount of excitement and activity leading up to our Grand Opening the first week in December.  We have just started filling the west side of Lake Estuary and are also in the midst of rescuing/transplanting over fifty 100 year old live oak trees to the front entrance creating an enchanting canopy.  We have had a tremendous response due to our community concept and dedication to Conservation.

Please take a look at our website to get some more in depth information and to preview our first phase of development the Estuary: http://www.peninsulagoldenisles.com/

Please feel free to call me anytime to book a trip for you and your clients to the coast and set up your appointment to preview our community.  I look forward to speaking with you soon.
