Yesterday a client of mine asked an investor to buy their home as a for sale by owner. The investor offered $151,000.
After a careful market analysis I recommended a sale price of $185,000. The fee to work with a professional realtor is approximately $11,000 however we put an extra $25,000 in the sellers pocket. Why because we are working for the seller. Call me today to put more money in your pocket.

Investors often work good deals on unsuspecting sellers who don't have a good agent. Having the agent will usually get the seller more money.
