Blogging is a new experience for me. Living quietly in North Idaho, I have been selling Coeur d'Alene Real Estate, for about 8 years. I have seen many changes even in that short time. One of the most challenging is not with regards to changing North Idaho real estate markets, financing strategies, or even the process of buying and selling homes in Coeur d'Alene. It is how we get our clients houses seen and how buyers are finding their new homes. As with any business all I can do is adapt to the change and find how it best fits into what I do.
Some said the internet was a passing phase, others insist that social media is not the wave of the future. Still more and more people sit in front of their computers each evening just to catch up with what is happening in friends lives and to share their day. Instead of picking up the phone and calling one friend we sit at the computer and share with all our friends. Instead of calling a Realtor, to find a home, they go to my website or some other real estate site first then they call for more information or a showing. In short..It is here to stay!
So today I Step up to the challenge. Trying new things and different avenues to help benefit my clients. I can not be all things to all buyers and sellers but I can provide the best possible service and real estate, information for the clients I work for and those that I will work with!
So with a click of a key...I enter the world of "Blogging" and with that a new phase in this business called Real Estate
