I know that is a funny way to start, but I helped a couple buy a home earlier this year that only the wife has physically seen until this past weekend. In fact, it was a new construction ground up project. It was a different transaction that circumstances just did not allow him to be here to participate in.

Anyway, I went over to the home yesterday and sat down with them both. I have to admit being a bit uncertain as I pulled up. I really believed that we had hit a homerun on this one, but I never saw his eyes and shoulders on this one. It had all the pieces, but absent his body language, there was still a bit of concern.

Until...He opened the door and welcomed me into their new home. He is quite pleased and appreciative. His wife was also noticeably relieved that our collaboration had been such a success.
