Call it like you see It

Mortgage and Lending with Prospect Mortgage

Hello,

Well I'll make this short and sweet.  I ran across my favorite type of real estate agent, you know the Agent/lender/notary through a referral from another client.  The client wanted me to look at his deal because it just didn't feel right.  So low and behold after looking at it there was fraud all over it.  In this day and age I really don't get who would take this chance (financial fraud) just to make a buck.  But they did (agent/lender/notary.)  So the moral of the story is always have a professional help you.  Agents sell real estate.  Loan officers do loans.  Notaries do notarizing.  Criminal's do fraud.  Thank you for your time.

Lastly a lot people are afraid to say what others won't as they lack backbone.  Be the voice of daylight and facts in the hours of darkness.  Our country "really" needs change.  Reward winners, not losers, by setting the "right" example for all.

Thank you.  I always cringe at the thought of an agent/lender combination. I sure won't refer any buyers to THAT lender.

Great post.... I think it is crazy to have all the agency in one person.  I think it is wrong to have an in house escrow too.
