Why Now is the Time to Buy an Antioch Investment Property!

We all understand that now is a great time to buy a home for first time home buyers and move up buyers as prices are low and interest rates are low.  But this is a particularly Good Time to Buy Investment Properties. Here are some reasons why:

  1. Prices and Interest Rates may be low but rents are still up holding steady.

  2.  You can by an investment property now and have an immediate positive cash flow.

  3. The Cap Rates on Investment Properties are frequently well over 10%.

  4. Return on Investments (or Rate of Return) are also running very good, sometime over 15%.

  5. There are some Investment Properties you can get with a mere 10% down.  Do you know why it is more profitable to use a smaller down payment?

While these properties would make excellent investments for rental homes, they would also be a great value for a first time buyer with great financing available.  The payment would be lower than the rent in many cases.
