Usually in the San Fernando Valley especially, in Woodland Hills it is always 10+ degrees hotter than any other part of LA. We woke up to a morning rain but beautiful afternoon. Today it was around 75 outside with just enough sun and warmth to enjoy sitting out on the patio grilling. My husband and I really enjoyed the nice break in weather and having our dinner outside today! It was so peaceful to sit outside and write out our real estate to do list for the weekend!

Well we have snow here on the Western Slope of Colorado. It didn't stick around too long at my house, but the higher elevations have a lot more that will stay around until next summer. We are expected to get below freezing tonight. I've covered the garden and hope we can prolong the season a bit longer.

Out here in Valencia & Santa Clarita, California we are usually 3-5 degrees hotter than the San Fernando Valley in the heat of the Summer. We're just a mile north of the San Fernando Valley. We have many more sunny days too.
