Buyer Pays Her Own Way & It's a Wrap

Last week I posted about a buyer who had contacted me about an unlisted property that she wanted to buy and wanted to know what to do next.  Luckily for me and her, she knew that the first step was to contact a competent Realtor® which just so happened to be me.

She had now problem paying for the services provided and paid 1/2 of my fee upfront and yesterday we wrapped up the deal.

She got the house.  A burden has been lifted off of the seller.  And everyone's a happy camper.

Buyer's will pay if they see value in the services that we provide.

Don't underestimate the buyer and don't devalue your worth by not offering the value option of fee based menu driven services offered to consumers.

My name is Charita Cadenhead, and I'm an Accredited Constultant in Real Estate®.  As such, you can select the services that you need from me and have more options in how you chose to pay for the services received.  And saving money......well that's just icing on the cake.

Thanks Kathy. Being paid for the services was nothing unusual. But being paid by the buyer and partially up front was an arrangement that worked out well for all concerned.

That is terrific news Charita!  Looks like buyers and sellers can appreciate what an Accredite Consultant in Real Estate can do :)!  I think once value is explained and provides transparency for the client, they have no problem choosing how to pay for their services!

Nice job!  You had mentioned going to a fee based or menu of services and it looks like that is working.  I have been toying with the idea myself....  Glad to see that thinking outside of the box is paying off!

Great job Charita.  Definitely something to consider.  More refreshing than the buyer who contacted me & wanted me to provide a rebate like some of the other unnamed agencies are offering.
