How to succeed in the real estate business without even trying. Yeah. You let me know if there is a way to succeed in the real estate business without even trying and I'll be your best friend. There is no easy way to succeed, you have to work hard and long to get big, especially if you want happy, satisfied clients who will refer more business your way.

Regardless, I hope this humorous little reminder made your day a little brighter. =)

Ha, I get it and you are soooooo right!

It reminds me of one of the best books I read on the subject of how to sell real estate...every single page had 3 words and said "see the people".

J. Philip:

After waiting for 5 minutes for your blog to download, I finally looked at some of the comments.  I guess I am just too thick, but I really thought you were going to give me the secret of success in real estate.  Darn, disappointed again.

This a perfect post and deserves to be featured! Not too wordy, no foul language, correct grammar and a great learning tool. I also like Damon's comment #37...too bad he took my idea and shared it!

The best part of this post is reading through the comments and seeing who copies and pastes thing for every post they comment on.

The real way to make money in Real Estate is to sell systems to people like the one you have above.  Then when they do not succeed blame it on them for not following you system.

Remarkable post.  Brilliantly creative, and spot on!  I hope they waived their minimum word requirement and still gave you points for that one...because it was just as poignant as any of these long-winded posts by other agents.
