Michael and I along with a group of friends had a wonderful dining experience at Vic & Angelo’s in Palm Beach Gardens recently. Our party was seated in the private wine room which comfortably sat 22 of us. Then, the wine, spirits and food marched out like a feast suitable for only kings and queens. The dinner menu for our evening included an amazing display of homemade pastas, prime steaks, calamari, mussels drenched in a delicious broth, coal fire pizzas, seafood and chicken dishes paired with vintage Italian wines and spirits. My favorite dish was the roasted seabass dish on top of sweet potatoe smash and spinach and lobster basil nage and it was out of this world! Dessert is another whole discussion. The famous 8 layer+ chocolate cake was incredible. The service was hands off five stars! The staff was timely, glasses filled constantly and I rate the service a 10+. Nick Pirrone, General Manager at Vic & Angelo’s, is extremely talented, creative and knows the true meaning of “hospitality.” Nick did an amazing job and we thank him for organizing such a wonderful evening displayed with amazing flavors and great service.
