Ken, HOA is high because this complex has over 2300 units, and they have a large staff that attends to the hundreds acres of grounds, plus the regular maintenance of the the units.
Jane, yes they do, with all the pools, walking trails, meeting house, etc.
Nick, this is a small town, and they all look nice
