There are 3 ways to get onto the peninsula and 3 to get off, "2 roads that lead you onto the peninsula and 1 fairy that will take you across the water onto the peninsula."  Newport Beach property on the peninsula can be very fun and exciting as well.  There is always something going on, no matter what day of the week it is, especially summer.  You can hop on your bike and go to one of the many watering holes, you can stroll the boardwalk, or go to one of the local events that's going on for that evening.  If none of that sounds good, there is some great shopping at the local boutiques.  It's a tight community where everybody knows one another.

Now if you would like to have Newport Beach property in Newport Heights, there is a bit more privacy there.  It's like your standard neighborhood with lots of charm.  Very unique properties sit across from one another.  You will not find two house that look alike.  Newport Beach property in Newport height is also a great place to raise a family with lots of events planned for the kids no matter the holiday.

Last but not least you have Newport Beach property in Newport Coast.  This is a large planned community.  The majority of the property here sits on big lots, and the community is only about 15 years old. Newport Coast is much newer then everything else.  Your neighbors are far from you and this community defiantly has the most privacy.  You have some amazing views of the ocean, not much of the harbor like you do being on the peninsula or Newport beach property in the Heights.
