Last week I began to work with a great family looking for a house that would provide them with some privacy as well as give their children lots of room to run and play.
This house was bank owned, in good condition on over 2 acres. They were immediately interested and the children loved the yard. I called the listing agent to find that one offer was already on the property, but since it was the week-end the bank would not respond until the beginning of the work week.
I met with the buyers last Sunday and they made an offer. I presented it to the listing agent who would pass it on to the bank on Monday morning.
Yesterday I was happy to receive a response from the bank..they had accepted my buyers offer.
It is a great feeling to help people to realize their dream of home ownership! Looking forward to helping the buyers through the process of inspections, surveys, appraisals and to closing.
