This month I am spotlighting Berry Creek a Gated Neighborhood in Schertz Texas.  

Berry Creek

Berry Creek in Schertz Texas is an established neighborhood with approximately 133 single family homes with a small community feel and established landscaping.   There are currently only 3 homes available homes for sale in the Gated Neighborhood of Berry Creek and come in sizes from 1600 square feet to a little over 2200 square feet.  Prices are ranging in the low $150s to the low $190s.  Homes in the Schertz Gated Neighborhood of Berry Creek Subdivision are very desired and once for sale tend to only stay on the market a short time before they are snapped up.  This tells you that if you are looking to sell in the  Berry Creek Subdivision you shouldn't have too much of an issue as long as you are priced right and have the right Realtor® by your side :)!  Berry Creek is located off of FM 3009.  Heading from I-35 North, take a right and you can find Berry Creek Subdivision on your right hand side.  Berry Creek is located in the acclaimed Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District with the Elementary School being Paschal, Middle Wilder and high school aged children attend Clemens High School.
