Sure, there are lots of reasons that people come to MoonDancer Realty for their real estate dealings, but one of the key components to the
success of our team has got to be attributed to our Office Manager, Sienna.
While we have a number of ways to help people relax when they prepare to make the foray into the real estate market, Sienna is the ultimate ice breaker. We meet a huge number of people all the time. “How ‘bout those Panthers” or “Nice weather we’re having” are such cheesy openings 
and can’t compare with the little pink nose or delicately formed paw of our Office Manager.
We have a Keurig Coffee maker in the office and serving a hot coffee, tea or chocolate is always a cordial and friendly way to say “We are so happy to meet you“. The Office Manager takes it a step further though. We strive to be a very “green” office, so Sienna has a special technique ;-} for cleaning out the creamer cups that tickles the heck out of new and returning clients. Instead of plastic stir sticks, we use fettuccine noodles (dry of course). When our clients are finished stirring, Sienna quickly polishes those off cleans those up too.
Even though Sienna has heard us discuss the Agency Disclosure and Buyer Agency Agreement ad nauseum and could probably present them herself in her sleep…she is
not licensed, so she leaves those discussions up to us. Without a real estate license she of course doesn’t show property, but there have been numerous times that the clients have asked her to accompany us and she really loves those excursions. She feels that her role in our organization is clearly defined, make sure there are no ruff rough spots in those crucial early meetings, keep conversations flowing smoothly and take care of the coffee cleanup.
We are very luck
y to have the talents of our Office Manager, Sienna, included in our team to add to our own experiences in the local real
estate market. Don’t think for a moment that she ever lets us forget that she is one of the keys to our continued success at MoonDancer Realty.
