In driving to a listing appointment in Rye the other day, I found myself just 5 feet away from this baby deer! Rye also abounds with wild turkeys, and more! Westchester is GREAT!

Those are really neat neighbors to have, Gay! I live really near the 22 mile long greenbelt area known as the American River Parkway. We have herds of deer that populate the area, and I love seeing them, when I'm out hiking.

I was driving up my road and a deer was eating on the side of the road. I slowed to a crawl so it wouldn't jump out at the car... It just looked at me... I rolled down my window and I could have pet it... funny...
