Brand new models beginning the end of November 2011 in Sun City Shadow Hills! There are 10 new models and the others will be discontinued. I am attaching the price list with square footage below.
In later blogs I will periodically highlight each model and include some photos of the completed Staged Models to show the interiors as well as the exteriors including You Tube videos. These Model Homes will not be completed until the 1st of December so look for them sometime in December.
