Here's a recap of what I posted at www.TheRealEstateReportCard.com. Although we are not seeing any appreciation home sales have been very good especially considering the market as a whole. Short sales continue to keep their thumb on values with over 1 in 4 active listings being a short sale.

The job market is really the key to recovery. We need jobs that will let people buy homes.
