I'm with Joan - sounds to me like some good news in your local housing market. Reason for buyers to call you and start buying...and reasons for you to pop open a beer. (not some chemical filled diet soft drink) Cheers. :)
Joan and Debb, thanks for reading and commenting. The overall market seems to have at least adjusted to the slower pace of the last few years. There is a long way to go, but people seem to have reason to believe that they are regaining their residential mobility.
Mike, this sounds like good news for Rice County, and hopefully the days of decreasing prices are over!
