I love it!  It's so true...passion is contagious and makes all the difference in dealing with people.  People know the difference between someone who loves what they are doing and someone who is just going through the motions.  

I am SO SO with you.....when I get talking abouit real esate it is like I am a whole differenet person, I get very open, outgoing, and, just go on and on and on......particularly in cases like you experienced, when someone else is excited about it and just looking for some guidance or direction, it is just inspring.

Everyone, keep this in mind (one of my favorite quotes):

"People tend to be the aaverage of the 5 people they hang around with the most"

Are you hanging around "passionate people"?

Without words it should radiate, like joy deep down inside. You don't label yourself passionate, it is a state of being, a condition. Not an either you are or not label. The real estate professionals that work the job round the clock, are creative, treat it like a sport cover the most ground, make the biggest impression.

Mike -  I love people who are passionate about what they do or about life itself, which I think fits you to a T. Passionate people inspire others and rise to the occasion even when things don't go their way - they always find away around or through any hardship and generally thrive. You friend is lucky to have had you inspire her and now she's doing what she loves - kudos to you my friend!
