ActiveRain Video Tutorial- How To Add A YouTube Video in a Comment
I wrote a comment on one of Pamela Seley's posts a while ago. She had titled her post, I'm Not Your Huckleberry. It reminded my of my favorite scene in Tombstone (1993) where Val Kilmer says, I'm Your Huckelberry. It is one of the best movie scenes and Val's performance deserved an academy award. He made the movie worth watching.
So I added that movie scene clip from YouTube to Pam's comment stream. After I did that I received requests to show you how to add a YouTube video into an AR comment.
I made a few mistakes in the video so be kind to me:) I am getting ready to speak for a three hour seminar in the morning and can not edit the video or redo it for time sake. The time zone change is getting to me:)
You can have fun spicing up comment streams and adding value by adding YouTube videos to some of your comments. You could even embed your own video comment:)
Hi Katerina - I don't think I have ever seen any video comments in an ActiveRain blog. Seems like a very interesting idea.
Very cool Katerina...as always you share so much & i learn a lot from your tutorials here....now if i can find time to do this I will !!
Great tutorial Katerina, should we all be leaving you a video comment from now on? :-)
Katerina. This is awesome. I will work on this and come back to post a comment here soon.
Thanks for the detailed tutorial, Katerina! This is good information to know. A video will definitely spice up a comment!
Hi Katerina, I am following your tutorial, and I just started using Chrome. I need to use it more because of YouTube. Chrome appears to be better than Firefox.
